Hydro+ Mixer
The Italiana FoodTech Hydro+ Spiral Dough Mixer is built for mixing all types of dough. While perfectly suitable for dough of low hydration, the Hydro+ mixer excels at mixing high hydration dough (55-100% dough hydration). This is where standard spiral mixers struggle.
Perfect for fast kneading and oxygenation of pizza dough as well as pastry and bread. The powerful motor and transmission can handle kneading even the hardest of doughs.
The Hydro+ mixer is equipped with a variable speed transmission from 50-300rpm. The timer can be set to have the mixer stop after a set amount of time. Additionally the mixer can be operated in forward or reverse for mixing or cleaning.
