Pasta Lifters

Automatic pasta lifters can be added to any floor lifter. Start the timer and move onto other tasks. When the timer reaches zero, the lifter will lift the basket out of the water, and drain the pasta. Each lifter arm can be set and started independently allowing you to cook multiple batches worry free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Gas pasta cookers can be used with either gas or propane fuel sources. Please specify which you need when ordering.

If you already have gas lines in your facility, then gas is a sensible choice. If you don't have gas lines, then we recommend the simplicity of hooking up an electric pasta cooker.

Pasta cookers with automatic water filling has a water level sensor in the tank. When the water level lowers through boiling, the water filling feature will automatically top up the water level.

While not required, a hot water source will help make sure you don't drop the water temperature when topping up the tank during use.

A water softener is strongly recommended. Without a water softener, minerals will build up in the pasta cooker and restrict water flow and/or damage the machine. Mineral damage is not covered under warranty.
